Meeting between PABSEC Secretary General Mr. Asaf Hajiyev and H.E. Ms. Ana Brnabić, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia

On 13 October 2025, on the margins of the Meeting of the Committee on Economic and Development Policy, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General met with H.E. Ms. Ana Brnabić, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia (NARS). The meeting was also attended by Ms. Jasmina Obradović, Head of the PABSEC Serbian Delegation, and Mr. Igor Bečić, Member of the National Assembly of Serbia and former Head of the PABSEC Serbian Delegation.

On 2–4 September 2025, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 34th Economic Forum, entitled “Time of Transformation – What Will the Europe of the Future Look Like?”, which took place in Karpacz, Poland. The Forum was organized by the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies.

Second Meeting of the Presidents of the Academies of Sciences of the BSEC Member States with the participation of Rectors of Leading Turkish Universities, Istanbul, 27 June 2025

On 27 June 2025, the Second Meeting of the Presidents of the Academies of Sciences of the BSEC Member States was held in Istanbul, Türkiye, on the theme “Cooperation and Development of Science and Education in the Black Sea Region.” The event was organised by Istanbul University in cooperation with the PABSEC International Secretariat.
