The conference was co-organized by the Parliament of Montenegro in cooperation with Ms. Jelena Nedović, Head of the Montenegrin Delegation to the OSCE PA, Mr. Jevto Eraković, Vice-Chair of the Silk Road Group and Mr. Azay Guliyev, Chair of the OSCE PA Silk Road Group.
