On 12 November 2025, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the “Destination Black Sea” Conference held in Trabzon, Republic of Türkiye. The event took place at Avrasya University and was dedicated to the promotion and sustainable development of tourism in the Black Sea Region.

The event took place in the Plenary Hall of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and focused on the theme “Constitution as the foundation of the independence and sovereignty of states in the contemporary world.”
