The First 2021 Meeting of the Working Group on the PABSEC Rules of Procedure, Istanbul, 1 March 2021
The First 2021 Meeting of the Working Group on the PABSEC Rules of Procedure was held in Istanbul on 1 March 2021. The Meeting was attended by the national delegations of Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. The Meeting was chaired by Mr. Mikhail Emelianov, Head of the PABSEC Russian Delegation and Chairman of the PABSEC Legal and Political Affairs Committee. The participants discussed the amendments to the PABSEC Rules of Procedure and the Staff Regulations of the PABSEC International Secretariat proposed by the national delegations and the Secretary General. The adopted amendments will be submitted for approval of the PABSEC Legal and Political Affairs Committee on 7 April 2021 and for the final adoption at the Meeting of the PABSEC Standing Committee in June 2021.
